โ โ โ โ โ I was their regular customer for more than 2 years, but recently their owner is change to 1 Malay owner, when I make a call to make appointment and forgot the massager name and ask for further , the racist Malay lady(she said she is boss) said this is kedai Melayu Sekarang, Kenapa, really stupid, I wont visit this massage shop anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a very bad experience today. I chose to go with ginger oil body theraphy, and receptionist told me that package come with free ear candling and gua sha. None of those were done, not even the ginger oil. Arrogant receptionist, plus bad massage experience. Not worth the money and time.

โ โ โ โ โ First the towel and bed smells old, maybe because didn't wash for quite some times. Second the masseur was not professional at all. She was just applying oil on my back for some times as if like not interested in the work and more like rubbing my back without pressure. I simply tried to talk to her and she said she has many years of experience. The worst part, she was using WhatsApp thru out the session where I can hear the sound she typing and receiving message and was massaging with one hand. The masseur name is Maya. Before leave I complained to the receptionist but I don't think she let her boss know. So reviewing here. Very very bad experience. Won't go again.
