โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service , ppl working here are not serious in their work . I was requested to call agent until he picks up the call , and just keep trying , because he happened to be still a sleep at 11am . Once got agent I had to wait for another hour for him to get ready . When he showed the room it was almost like a 'reban ayam' .Some are just not cut out for doing real business.advise for them to go work in government sector , as this behaviour is toralable.
