★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to just fix a screw on my strap which went missing. After waiting 30 mins, I went and ask the person on the counter to check if they are done. I saw the watch was with him on the counter. He said preparing receipt which took about 20 mins. Then he call me to pay and collect the watch. I check my watch and found the screw was not the same as the other original screws. I asked him, he replied that the colour won't be same as original. I was still ok then I found the screw seems to be bigger then the others. I just told him that I'm fine with the colour but the size different doesn't make sense. He just took and have a look and said that its strong and if I want original screws needs to be ordered and will cost me almost RM180. For a watch which I bought for RM600 plus, the screws will cost me RM180. Does this even make sense? I came all the way from puchong to your damn service centre to get the exact screw not for you to just fix whatever screw you have. I really regret coming to this service centre. Useless technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are prompt, and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos, Team Fossil Malaysia. But due to the new MCO rule, only 5 person are allowed to in the centre at any one time. So there is a bit of wait, well thats the new norm right?. Once you're, service is fast. Thank you Team Fossil Malaysia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time is a bit long because of this pandemic. You have to que outside which is quite uncomfortable and hot. Need to come by 3.45 pm or before or else you'll miss the service. Open from 11 am till 4 pm only. There's also pay parking here. So quite convenience I would say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was polite and supportive! The place follow SOP strictly. Small suggestion for people who plan to visit:
1. Remember to make your appointment
2. Not necessary to park your car inside their carpark as it's small and charge RM 3 for the first hour, if it's just a short visit, you may just park your car at the roadside or reach there by Grab will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wont get a solution ASAP. Customer service is busy that your appointment will be 2 months later. If you planning to get a new item be ready to face this situation if your items is not working well.
For my case I bought a smart watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for the third time. Once for the movement, once for the strap and once for the mistake for their repair. They are super friendly and helpful. Get my watch fixed for free under warranty and was amazed that they willing to bear the consequences of their fault but not trying to blame it on me. Thumbs up for that. Really recommend this place.
