★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inept and rough. They broke a watch hinge while changing a strap. Totally unacceptable. Made excuses. Charged 140 for strap and said repairs would cost a few hundred. No apology. Instead told me nothing wrong with watch hinge. Stupid woman should be sacked.
