โ โ โ โ โ Not an exciting experience at all. The shop has changed owner and the photo services are so much worse in comparison. Photo studio doesn't come with well organized packages, didn't tell you how you can pose for your family portraits, didn't edit and photoshop nicely for your photo other than complexion enhancing. Soft copy of the photos taken are in super small 200kb size. I mean hows that even possible?! You can't reprint your photo with this small size unless you revisit the shop to get the original soft copy retained by their shop. That's totally frustrating.
This hasn't counted in that there's no guidance in how to pose in the family portraits. I think that's a bit too much because photography skills and advices shall come from photographer, we are not even requesting for a professional pose but at least align our heights better etc, the very basic stuff. Not purely pose by ourselves.
They also didn't review your face emotions during the photo taking session. And you only realized you have your eyes closed when you review your photo for printing after the photo shoot was done.
I was here before the owner was changed, and it was a much satisfactory experience and hence that's why I'm coming back. But this time!?? Totally intolerant with the services despite the high costs.
In summary, overpriced charging that doesn't worth the services.go there if you want a normal passport photo only

โ โ โ โ โ RM40 for 8pcs passport size photo. Other shop can get Rm20. Totally overpriced. If you want soft copy, they will charge you extra RM10. The material use also very cheap quality. Will never visit again.

Being charged MYR40 for 19 pages black & white are kinda pricey but i don't mind paying.
The main issue was .. 5 pages of the printout were out of alignment and they had the guts to charge me for another MYR10 for the printout correction, stating that they just printed it and it's not their fault where I may have went back and made changes to the document, are you fkin serious?
People, especially not that savvy about the cost please do not EVER visit this shop.
totally unscrupulous & unethical way of doing business.

Usually other printing shop only 20-50sen per page.
Will never come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ i wasnt sure if it is expensive until i went to another shop nearby and found out a 8 X 12 photo cost RM38/piece while the other shop is just RM15!
Not to condem but being so overpriced is such a disaster.
Hope KPDNKK will intervene and i cant complain much as i wasnt aware.
If you are looking for alternative, there is a shop in LEISURE MALL which offers reasonable price with compelling service.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude and bad service old grandpa.... take wring picture for my passpord for me some more want to blame me..... call to retake some more want to charge me... some more say only few ringgit only as if I charge back them how they feel...charge me rm40 for the soft copy ask for hard copy say add rm10 more..... different price fr9m different pplnever return stupid place

RM50 for only a soft-copy of Passport sized photo or they call it Special Size???
Prior to taking the passport photo, It was mentioned to me that RM50 includes 6pc of hardcopies.
I was then asked to pay extra RM10 (which apparently not included in the rm50) for printing 6pc which makes a total cost rm60??
I cant even use this passport photo to be uploaded for online passport renewal and I have to go Immigration Centre for an immediate photo retaking.
I have never experienced to pay as much as this in my entire life!

โ โ โ โ โ If thereโs a 0 stars i will give it a 0. Normal passport size photo costs RM40/8pcs. Super overpriced! Printing quality is poor, photoshop skill is below average. When ask for receipt, the boss mentioned no receipt given. When i insist for a receipt, he just get me a cash sale slip without watermark and gave it to me. I think the receipt is self printed. Super terrible services and i hope income tax will come look for this owner. Extremely dissatisfied.
