I went there because it was the only cannon authorised shop but the customer service is so bad and the Chinese uncle was so rude, and usually when you buy camera they give you free memory card this guy didn’t even give and he took so long to give us the receipt and after I reached home he called and was like ohh there’s a mistake you need to come back. Like are you serious I came all the way from cheras. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star from me. Paper & ink Quality is OUT! Overpriced! Bad Service! Just wanna print out passport photo in 4R size charge Rm12. This girl obviously no skill at all, asked me to send photo through WhatsApp. Whoever need that, just go to kedai Gambar Kuan Marketing (opposite this kedai).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOO BAD I CAME HERE TO SEE THE REVIEWS AFTER I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP. I went requesting for specific size and the owner agreed that he knows the size of it, but it doesn't seems correct size till I went back and find out it's wrong size! I came back to reprint on correct size and seems the lady which was not there previously having rude treatment. If you don't know how to print or get proper photo don't open photoshop, as well if you don't know how to provide proper customer service, please improve yourself! Advice to future customers.. Go here if you want to waste your money!
