★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year service my aircond and broken my aircond back cover which hold the blower, this year I do services with other services provider only know it and the part already broke to few pieces, part cannot be buy separately and I need to buy new aircond. Not honest.

1) ACs are worse than before i serviced it : 5 months in and i've needed to call them 2 times to come and fix the airconds again. The first time they came, someone didn't fix something properly, so they had to come back to re-connect it.
2) Hard to book their time to fix their mistakes : Now, my airconds are warm again and it's been horrible trying to arrange a time with them. They cannot confirm any timings, or they dont reply at all after reading your messages (blue ticks)
3) All these 5-star reviews are forced : Dont believe all the 5-star reviews because their technicians will stand in front of you while they ask you to review them on Google.
POSITIVE : The only good thing is the service from one technician, Ah Fai. Really responsive and very helpful. Cleaning up the mistakes from previous technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For normal service and cleaning they are ok, if you need them to repair, replace parts, they are not professional in such. Straight away suggest you to purchase new one without checking real fault, fault price etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and unprofessional service. Tried the high pressure steam AC cleaning service, the crew left my house with a huge mess with dark dirty water marks and stains everywhere. My AC was not as cold as it should be even after servicing, the crew came back and insisted that nothing was wrong (so much for 6 months warranty which is complete bull!). Do not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC still have issue after 3 times visit. They cancelled my appointment without notice, arrived late and never follow up for weeks after appointment. Never trust all these 5 stars reviews. Some photos are even not normally taken by customers. Find other service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and professional people. I have used their services twice, the staff were very polite and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of what we needed. The technicians, Hong & Fei took their time checking my air conditioners & explained things so that I could understand.
Previously, an dishonest A/C company who sold a non-inverter A/C to us and claimed it to be R32 inverter A/C, and left with incomplete outdoor piping work. Hong helped to rectify the problems and pick up the slack. I appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism and friendliness the technicians exhibited.
I would definitely recommend Fresh Cool Services to anyone!
