Unbelievably arrogant and disrespectful attitude , sloppy and filthy work ethics and more! Very very poor indeed. If you can avoid this company, please do so!

β β β β β Omg, I should have read through the reviews here before appointed them to provide aircon service! Please do not use their service, this is my advise after my bad experience. BAD ATTITUDE EVER! Wondering how they survive in the market! The fact is they con people by using different name on google which is βMAX COOLINGβ! Just not dare to use YL Top Aircon! Even this google business listing also not dare to put company name! NO MANNER! NOT PROFESSIONAL! 5 star price with not even 1 star service! This is how they do their business!

After the work was completed, the site was also cleaned up without leaving garbage. The next day their boss called to inquire about the condition of the aircon. He was very professional. Impressed w their chemical cleaning process - very thorough. Reasonable price. My old AC is up & running again, fresh & clean! Thanks to them w 20+ years of exposure in the line.

β β β β β Very bad experience. No transparency and he is very rude. The kind of people that want to do business only once. High price charged and not even solving the issue. This will be my first and last time. Really regret I didnt believe the low rating. Even more regret because I believed his response that the reviewers had given the wrong review to the wrong person. Its all the truth..to others, many people reminded and hopefully you won't be as stupid as me.
