★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best but exactly the most special. You will never have this taste from others fried oyster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The famous fried oyster omelette in Melaka, Bunga Raya. Not exactly a fan of fried oyster omelette but dont mind having it here cos it's crispy, not as starchy and gooey compared to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For good and tastefully yummy one must order there and eat there. Once bring home it is quite dry already. Apparently this particular fried 'O'Chien stall had been around for 2 generations I will come back for seconds. It is good..... And there's a wantan mee at the front of the shop next door at night. I don't fancy the mee and charsiew coz its like dye meat instead of real roasted type but this wantan meet stall do sell one of the best wantan in melaka I must say. Everytime I visit the fried oysters, I would definitely order a bowl or large wantan soup with no mee to go with it. When u order a drink u can bring them in and eat inside the restaurant. The restaurant itself only sells drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend.Too oily and they cut the oyster into pieces so when they cook the oyster it loses it taste and shrink into very small pcs. A small packet can have 3 person to eat if not u feel overwhelm after few mouth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the queue. Waited at least 45 minutes - the fried oyster was overburnt on some part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a local favourite supper place, but now flooded with tourists.
Fried oyster contains tapioca flour, eggs, soya sauce, lard and fresh oysters. The owner controls the "wok hei" or the gas stove fire flame very well to bring out the fragrance from the eggs, pork lard and oyster.
It will be a long queue during festive seasons and public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The oyster is small but still fresh and tasty. The egg and pancake part also delicious. Taster even better when eat with their sourish chilli sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The oyster very small but overall its still nice because of the “wok” taste
