โ โ โ โ โ As the first batch of users that get to use this FrogVLE service provided by our government, their service can be concluded in one word: terrible.
The services always having lots of errors, the customer support likes to delay works, their tech team play games instead of solving problems, and a lot more. The worst part is, they won't inform you beforehand that they will delete your account once you've reach age of 20, and if that really happened, say goodbye to all your data that you saved on that account. Their system is really problematic and honestly I have no idea why our government choose to use their service in the first place. All my data are lost now and I'm considering to lodge a complaint to MCMC.
