★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lush has such bad customer/after sales services. spent quite a lot of money buying products during their sales which i didn't even know about, but stumbled across it when I went to their website to get some item (am a returning customer). There was a problem with their website during checkout and resulted in me being billed 3 times for the same transaction.
Been trying to reach out to them via their website, but unsuccessful as it always says http error 500, been calling their customer service number over and over, no answer,
they finally sent me an e-mail with my order number, saying my order status is pending, failing to address my current issue. It has been almost 1 week since my purchase, my issue has not been resolved, my credit card has already been charged 3 times, which is quite a huge sum of money, not yet received my purchased products and it is all so disappointing and frustrating that it is from a local shop, not ordering it from the UK.
The whole point of me shopping online was to ease my burden, had i know that it would have been such a hassle, I would have just popped into their physical store! I agree with the other disappointed customers that have left their reviews on google, the online sale experience was such a huge disappointment!

From day 1 when i ordered from sale, they missed out my order, took almost 3 weeks to send the order and only 3/12 items came.
Repaid only half of what i ordered.
Constantly chased Lush for repayment on a daily basis (they only respond after 48 hours after 1 ENQUIRY - even when they did not answer the question properly)
Also thanks for not refunding my delivery fee and also the stress you caused me from the constant follow ups.
Also i used to love lush but thanks to my experience here, i dont think i will ever buy or use lush ever again .. just looking at the products reminds me of the horrible experience i had throughout these two months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 14 items from them but only 5 of it arrived. The remaining 9 of it is missing and when i called Lush Malaysia about it they ask me what are the missing item and told me to email them which I did. But it has been 5 days with no news whatsoever. That's alot of money there and yet Lush doesn't have the decency to get back to their customers. Their online sales has gotta be the most biggest fail ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought mint Lush through website unfortunately the item received can only be used for 1 month since it’s probably an old stock. Tried to contact the customer service through their fb page. They replied saying their team will contact me through email. 3 days after I contact again but received the same respond. After two weeks, didn’t get any respond at all. So if order online please be aware you might get some old stocks.
Would have been 0 star from me for the lousy customer service.
Updated: their team has approached me and send me a new mask with latest batch expired date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online services are so agonizingly poor. The live chat team does not provide enough information on delivery options. There's nothing on the website that says we can choose collect option by Grab/Lalamove, but apparently there is. I wasn't given any step-by-step guide lol. The pick-up window is only from 12pm to 3pm, but replies from the live chat team are slow, made worse by their lack of communication skills.
