24/5 I had my dinner here. We ordered 酸菜鱼and 手撕包菜。both dishes are sucks... Never tried such a worst Chinese cuisine in my life. 酸菜鱼without 花椒,taste like sour soup only. 手撕包菜,the cooking taste is even more worst than mine. Cabbage is using white cabbage instead of green cabbage. Pork slice only given 2 - 3 pcs. Today's dinner is totally out, I bet they change their chef already, I would definitely won't pay my 2nd visit anymore.

Such a shame that we picked this place for our CNY gathering because everything ended so ugly tonight! Our reservation was at 6:30pm, and we made our order promptly yet dinner was only served 7:30pm onwards. We were half way through dinner when the next group of customers arrived, standing right behind us and glaring at us for not finishing sooner. The management made zero effort to communicate with the customers, and allowed them to linger behind us while shooting rude remarks. We had to finish our dinner in a rush, and bear the blame for not completing our meal within the expected time frame when in fact it was the restaurant’s problem for not serving on time. What a distasteful experience! Will not return for sure!

Amongst the few of same cuisine that I've tried, this place still rank top in my list. Very peaceful environment. Services are friendly, and the lady in-charge accepts our opinions with open mind. I have been dining here with my family almost once every two weeks.

Bad appointment time management. My booking was 7pm and reached at 6.30pm. The dishes were only served at 7.45pm onwards. Found out the next booking was 7.30pm, because the group of guest were all lined up behind us, staring at us, forcing us to finish the food quickly, that time was only 8.15pm. Can they allowed those guests enter upstairs before they are ready to be seated? Now still pandemic my friend. Encountered a badmouth customer too. Never go back!!

Used to come here often but the last time I came their mapo tofu and prawn dry pot were not up to their normal standard. Quality control should be prioritised. Anyway their fried egg plant and potato were awesome

Not familiar with Shanghainese cuisine hence was skeptical at first, but this place proved my concerns weren't real. Most of the dishes were not only delicious but also delicate. Our favourites were a fried eggplant dish, fried shredded potato, lotus root and mixed veges, chicken slices (appetizer), Pork was pretty good too. Interior was great BUT the waiting time for food was horrendous. It would have been well tolerated easily but it was SO WARM despite the air-conditioning, it was as if it was non-existent. Coupled that with the next table literally screaming at each other the whole night ( in a hall space of only 2 tables and NO ventilation) which only got worse because some of them were drunk, this was DISASTROUS not only due to the presence of other patrons but also of COVID-19 risks. The staff were great themselves i'm sure but they're obviously overwhelmed by the workload and helpless with the A/C if it's not routinely serviced which is beyond them. All in all, the food is great, parking is no problem, but given the waiting time, dining condition and A/C issue, it's hard to keep patrons from coming back despite their high standard of food really.

Will NOT come back. We booked a table for 6.30PM-8.30PM. Some dishes were only served at 7.30PM, some after 8PM. Forced to quickly eat and leave by 8.30PM as the boss let the next batch of customers come upstairs and stare at us WHILE we eat. The boss told the customers that we were late and ate slowly hence they needed to wait. But it wasn’t our fault that the dishes were served slowly, right? We came on time, ordered fast and paid almost RM1K for your food. You shouldn’t shift the blame on to your customers! When we asked the boss why customers are all gathered behind us (not following the pandemic SOP), the boss accused them of “barging upstairs” as he “tried to stop them”. Go somewhere else. A better restaurant, Lucky Cuisine, is just at the opposite.

I came here for dinner on a Thursday night. There wasnt crowds and the food was served pretty fast too. The sour spicy fish was more towards sour taste, the spice is very mild. Fish texture was decent but not like hyper soft and smooth. La ji chicken was a nice crispy dish wifh a mountain of dry chilli and usually u cant go wrong with their stir fried vinegar. We also tried their dessert - purple sweet potatoes coated with sugar. The first few bites were nice but the portion for us (3 pax), it gotten bit jelak after
