★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently had Fu En Casket Service alongside their team manage the best funeral send off for my father in law that one could ask for. These people always show passion in everything that they do. From staying back beyond hours to pickup rubbish, clean up the place, offer food and drinks to visitors, right up till recommending and sourcing random things that need to be bought. Truly amazed at their service, passion and understanding of the entire funeral service. Surely a service id highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely professional service and grateful to Wilson and team for managing the funeral arrangements of my late grandmother.
It felt like they were taking care of their own family. From the first call to inform them- right till the end, the team demonstrated excellent care, support, respect and professionalism. To put it in simple words, there are many funeral companies out there, but by far this is the best, because they genuinely care and they leave a lasting impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not have enough words to describe the professionalism, support and care provided by Wilson, Janice and their team during our recent bereavement. Janice showed up at the hospital within minutes of us calling her and immediately took charge in helping us deal with our grief, and at the same time, managed the necessary administrative tasks. She provided the much needed guidance as to what we needed to do and did not overwhelm us with too much information. She was extremely patient and not once appeared pushy or overbearing or imposing. Janice too was so caring and looked into every detail. It was very reassuring having them around.They literally took care of everything. Our deepest gratitude to them for a good send off for my beloved uncle.

He had everything in hand and ready even for things we forget – he was ever ready at hand. Truly amazed at their commitment and passion in what they did for us. Definitely highly recommended.

Your kindness, warmness and efficiency were like balm to the open wounds of losing my loved one recently, to Covid. First, it was a Covid case and then the request to carry the ashes overseas. Urn was well sealed by the officer that I had no issues with the customs at departure and on arrival. Again, thank you Suzanne.
