★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Account Manager we have is pretty good but the Service Team lacks training and a solutions oriented mentality. Their reliance on the manual makes one wonder about the quality of training and lack of experience in dealing with anything out of the ordinary.
The Finance team is absolutely horrible, had an aweful experience with the lady who is their finance manager. Rude, arrogant and brushed off any complaint. She gets annoyed when you ask for statements and refuses to check their company bank records as it’s too cumbersome!
This is an Ah Chong enterprise dressed up as a Multinational. Spare yourself and avoid this brand at all costs especially if you are a SME and don’t have the staff muscle to deal with these morons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My office uses this brand recently and their service is the best. Previously, we used multiple brands but we had issues on after-sales service. But with Fuji Xerox, they can detect automatically if our photocopier got issues - i think they somehow monitor it from their data center.
So we do not need to worry even on the toner /maintenance. The best part is their machine can scan very easy. Not sure either its an apps or what, but u just need to press one or two buttons and tadaaa...it will scan directly to the specific folder.
So far, they offer the premium one. But i tell u its worth every penny! i can't remember the sales guy name, but in case u read this, thanks a lot for the good service and keep up the good work!
Tips: go to their open day!

Personally, it get very bad experience, Fuji HQ get no sales or account manager to follow our company, and they issue deferment letter during MCO1.0 and ask customers to sign, but they can declined it and say no approval. We have contacted them for half year for this issue, no one reply at all. Even you change password of user, they can tell you no approval from Japan HQ. So extremely redeicious
If you are the customers for them. Personally, I feel they just no support and not understand to customers even MCO period, and they can rediciously to deny anything they wants

Personally, no suggest to deal with FUJI HQ
If need, you can do other dealer or other brands, better term, better service, better deal
At least responsible person and get service
We do not have service over one year!!! And my company is heavy user!

The problem started when they failed to fix the quality issue on the printing. Now in court case and I got all evidences.. Be careful when you sign the contract, read carefully before you sign...
