β β β β β WORST!!! Send my camera to them, did not reply my email and never update to me what is my camera/lens problem! Promise to SEND ME back within one month, but no progress for ONE MONTH! Until now i still don't know what is my camera/lens problem...no professionalism at all! My english is poor, but your service is WORST...

β β β β β Great service center, would recommend fellow Fujifilm shooters to send it for service or part change if needed.
Only draw back is they do not open during weekend which required casual/hobbyist to collect it during workday.

β β β β β Am having 3 Fujifilm cameras but only got to know of their true colours when I sent the latest one in for repairs. The usual, no updates on repair status, not replying email and call that beats about the bush.
Lesson learnt, no Fujis ever again.

β β β β β Really unprofessional! I didn't get any quotation at all for like more than one month I put my lens for repair. I had to call them and check for myself! Well, I got the bad feelings already when I dropped my lens there. The CS is not interested to serve when I was there. Luckily, there was this Japanese manager there who nicely asked wether someone has served us and let us in the office and asked the lady to serve us. The lady seemed pissed when serving us though after the guy left. Fuji cameras and lenses are in the premium segment, but their services here is definitely not!!! What a disappointment

β β β β β Told them I needed it urgently (not a lie), got my camera back in 4 days, covered by warranty. Albeit it might have been because they had spare parts in stock. No questions asked, quick & easy!
