β β β β β Honestly, this place is great for the mid-level working class people.However, you see more upper level class people shopping here instead. The items are 100% from China, hence suitable for lower and mid income people of Malaysia. But when you are there, you see all the big Alphards, BMW, Audi, Mercedes parked outside, all buying CNY decoration from here.
F&C is well known for festive decorations and cheap China items. If you plan to buy your CNY2018 items, I suggest you do it like now, before early January. Otherwise, the place will be a mad house, packed with people. Also, go during working hours, avoid after 7pm.

β β β β β Good warehouse for home products at discount prices. Parking is a challenge. Premise is a little stuffy. Has wide selection of Christmas trees. This year however, most of the Christmas accessories were of very poor quality. Their usual collection of unique festive lights were also minimal.

β β β β β A lot of choices for CNY deco and price is reasonable. However, the staff are VERY RUDE and not helpful. We saw something on display that we like but couldn't find it so we asked a staff and he just simply point at one direction and asked us to find ourselves. Then we were checking an item that we wanted to buy and another staff came and SNATCHED it away saying that we are not supposed to open the box if we are not buying. We told him that we wanted to buy then only he leave us alone. Staff are extremely rude, the place is very messy and dusty, full of mosquitoes and not easy to find a parking as well. Will not go again!

β β β β β Came here for CNY decorating stuff and had an Unpleasant experience. Encountered Rude and unhelpful staff (Bangladeshi). Sounded me for tearing off the packaging of an item which I wanted to buy whereby I did not even destroy the item, it was just at the tip top of the packaging where it was tied to the rest of the same item. Then we were looking at the hanging display tanglung, we asked another staff to assist to locate the tanglung and he just pointed at the bunch of tanglungs and asked us to look for ourselves and refer to the code. Everything is scattered around, things displayed same place but are kept in different places which they expect us to find ourselves. Not a friendly place to visit, some of the things are over priced and some are cheap.

β β β β β They sells variety stuff from decorations, daily needs, kitchen supplies, masks, to electrical appliances. The price is reasonable. But the staff there very rude and lazy. Came to bought extension plugs and they told us no need to test, but we insisted and he only test for us. One of the staff even sat there talking to the phone while we were asking him about the stock.
