★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang yang mesra kanak-kanak, selesa, cantik & sesuai untuk birthday party kanak-kanak. Tetapi service drpd owner (fiona) & staf bagi saya sgt tidak memuaskan. Dari mula booking sehingga ke tamat majlis. Mereka lebih gemar berinteraksi dengan pelanggan hanya melalui applikasi WhatsApp. Sebarang panggilan telefon tidak pernah dijawab & tidak dilayan. Kalau dah tak nak jawab call tu, tolonglah reply WhatsApp customer tu pantas sikit. Ini tidak. Sangat lembab. Kadang-kadang ambil masa hampir 2 ke 3 jam & 1 hari bekerja baru balas WhatsApp pelanggan.
Pengalaman saya sendiri, saya hanya ingin tahu segala butiran tempat & booking mengambil masa 2 minggu baru terjawab sepenuhnya. Booking details pulak tak lengkap. Kalau tak ditanya, tiada sebarang update akan dihantar. Minta untuk tukar quotation ambil masa seminggu. Itupun saya yang remind mereka.
Sampai pada hari event, staf yg in charge tiada muka senyum (Ummu). Staf lain sangat biadap cara anda masuk ke ruang sewa ketika masa sudah tamat. Tiada sebarang pesanan atau notis terus terjah ke ruang bermain kanak-kanak & menutup suis bouncy castle ketika kanak-kanak masih leka bermain. Ya betul waktu itu sudah jam 4.00 ptg. Tapi cara anda telah membuatkan kanak-kanak terkejut, tersentak & mengamuk. Kami sbg ibubapa terpaksa memujuk & menenangkan anak kami. Sekurang-kurangnya tolong datang pada kami dulu (yang sedang berkemas diruang catering), jangan terus naik ke atas tanpa salam terus ambil mop & konon tergesa-gesa berkemas . Seolah-olah untuk halau kami dengan kadar segera.
Sudahlah anda mengambil wang cleaning deposit RM150 dan akan dikembalikan dalam masa 7 hari bekerja. Kenapa mesti sampai 7 hari? Duit booking pula mesti bayar RM250 & full payment diambil 4 hari sebelum event. Tiada reminder untuk pelanggan. Jika terlupa, akan terus terbatal booking. Wang booking 100% tidak akan dikembalikan jika membatalkan booking 14 hari sebelum tarikh event. 50% wang booking akan dikembalikan jika membatalkan booking dlm masa 30 hari sebelum event. Segala syarat-syarat sewa tempat (no win win situation) tidak diberitahu sepenuhnya. Kalau tiada pertanyaan, mungkin tiada info. Bab bayaran, mahu pelanggan cepat bertindak (first come first served) . Tapi servis sangat lembab dan teruk!
Mohon perbaiki cara anda berkomunikasi dgn pelanggan. Jika tidak mampu untuk menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan (melalui WhatsApp) lebih pantas, sila cari inisiatif lain. Praktikkan pekerja anda dgn adab dan perlu tahu mengendali dan mengawal keadan bila berada di dalam kalangan kanak-kanak. Konsep ruang sewa mesra kanak-kanak. Tapi pekerja seperti tiada pengalaman dgn kanak-kanak.
Child-friendly space, comfortable, beautiful & suitable for children's birthday party. But the service from the owner (fiona) & staff for me is very unsatisfactory. From the start of booking until the end of the ceremony. They prefer to interact with customers only through the WhatsApp application. Any phone calls are never answered & not entertained. If you don't want to answer the call, please reply to the WhatsApp customer a little faster. This is not. Very humid. Sometimes it takes almost 2 to 3 hours & 1 working day for a new WhatsApp customer to reply.
My own experience, I just want to know all the details of the place & booking took 2 weeks to be fully answered. Booking details are incomplete. If not asked, no update will be sent. Ask to change the quotation take a week. That's what I reminded them.
Until the day of the event, the staff in charge did not have a smile on their face (Ummu). The other staff is very rude the way you walk into a rental space when time is up. No orders or notices directly hit the children's playroom & close the bouncy castle switch while the children are still playing. Yes, that's right, it was already 4.00 pm. But the way you have made the children shocked, startled & raged. We as parents have to persuade and calm our children. At least please come to us first (who is packing in the catering room), don't go upstairs without greetings, take a mop & supposedly hurry to pack. Seems to drive us away at an immediate rate.
You have already taken the cleaning deposit of RM150 and it will be returned within 7 working days. Why must it be 7 days? The booking fee must be paid RM250 & full payment is taken 4 days before the event. No reminders for customers. If forgotten, the booking will continue to be canceled. 100% booking fee will not be refunded if you cancel the booking 14 days before the event date. 50% of the booking fee will be refunded if you cancel the booking within 30 days before the event. All rental conditions (no win win situation) are not fully informed. If there are no questions, there may be no info. Chapter payment, want customers to act quickly (first come first served). But the service is very damp and bad!
Please improve the way you communicate with customers. If unable to answer customer queries (via WhatsApp) faster, please look for other initiatives. Practice your employees with courtesy and need to know how to handle and control the situation when in the company of children. Child-friendly rental space concept. But employees seem to have no experience with children.

Funville merupakan tempat utk private event yang best utk digunakan. Disamping tempat nya yang begitu luas dan bebas untuk melakukan pelbagai aktiviti di ruang tersebut.
Yang di luar sana kalau belum jumpa utk cari tempat yang private utk pelbagai event .
Saya cadangkan Funville Event Space adalah tempat nya ❤

Funville is the place for a private event that's best to use. In addition to its vast and free space to do various activities in the space.
Out there if you have not found a private place for a variety of events.
