★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Fur&Paws service. From the overall experience, it's pretty good. There was 2 dogs that are known to be aggressive by nature but of course dogs can be adorable and well behaved when trained well. I like that they knew to keep the dogs away from my dog when I came to pick up my dog but was not really happy to have those dogs right outside the cage they put my smaller dog. The groomer I always go too which was fully booked normally provide a little handbook that updates the dog's health, and how my dog is during grooming. Maybe that's too much service but I love that. To hear about how my pup is when I'm not around and anything I need to look out for medically. So these 2 are the things I would like to see improve more on if possible. Overall, they look experienced and did a good job with the hair cut and there was no incident like I last experienced at another pet shop when I asked for a close shave.
