★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my puppy (husky) for boarding for 3 days and grooming. And he came back with severe skin condition that I HAVE TO SHAVE HIM!!!! I AM EXTREMELY IRRITATED AND ENRAGED ABOUT THE WAY THEY HANDLED HIM WHILE HE WAS THERE!! IT IS EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS!! MY PUPPY WAA EXTREMELY HEALTHY BEFORE I SENT HIM FOR BOARDING AND THESE PEOPLE HAVE CAUSED ME MUCH PAIN, DISAATISFACTION AND ANGER WHENEVER I LOOK AT MY KID!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my pet puppy for his first basic grooming here and it was a traumatic experience for him. The female employee was rough towards him. There was no sense of compassion as well as patience shown towards the puppy. Luckily we didn't leave the puppy alone there. For those who are going to send their pets there, please take ur time to see how they handle your pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is big & spacious, good for dogs to run around. I put my 2 puppies there for 6 days, price is reasonable. I requested to trim the puppies nails which they charge RM10/dog. Sadly, they trimmed too deep &1 pup's nail bleed alot. When i asked the staff, she said my pup too active so accidentally cut too deep. If no experience to trim active pup, then don't do it. I rather my pup with sharp nails then bleeding nail. My daughters were crying when they saw the blood on their pup.
