★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker that is working at the fish store is very rude and not friendly. He not allowed me to choose the fish that I want to buy, he just choose the fish and put in to the pail without showing me the fish condition. When I asked him, why you never show me the fish condition before you put in to the pail. He answered me in a rude manner that all the fish at his shop in good shape. After, I brought home I observe the fish condition is not in good condition as he informed to me. I really disappointed with the worker's character. I won't buy from this shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worst experience I ever had with this place Xia Loong Pet shop.
I bought the cat cage and paid while it was fixed. Then I was out at my car and the staff brought the fixed cat cage to the car. He asked me whether I paid and I said yes but I dropped the receipt somewhere. So I asked the staff he can check at the counter whether I have paid. The the arrogant owner came and shouted at me saying that I must prove I have paid and h if not he won’t give the cat cage. Then I asked his staff to go and check at the counter while I look for the receipt. The owner then become very arrogant and aggressive saying that I should be the one proving and not him. I said why can’t he just ask the counter cashier whether I have paid. He started shouting aggressively and said that’s not his duty r his staff. He said I should go and get the receipt prove. He and asked the staff that put the cage back. I said I don’t want the cage and ask for a refund. He said then I should go and put back the cage myself upstairs and only then he will refund. I did that and when I found the receipt I gave back to him and he threw receipt on the floor saying it’s debit card and he will only refund after deducting 2% bank charges. Then his wife or she said his staff came and sorted the matter and refunded the money after deducting 2%. I have been buying at that shop for the last 10years and more since his small shop but he doesn’t care about the customers or relationship with customers. He only cares about money and he is very arrogant. He has grown big by this high price base. Based on his reaction he is also a racist. I really advice people to avoid this shop. The staffs are good people. But this owner is very arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you need for your pets were inside this store. They got the cats, dogs, hamsters, sugar glider and even the snakes in the building. The price was affordable and in addition, you got lower price if you are the members of the shop. Everything was okay except the non-friendly cashier. She serves the customers without smile on her face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb place but only hamsters, rabbits, white mouse very cute, snake, love birds & plenty of fishes.
Prices are affordable. They don't sell dogs & cats anymore as very few people are looking for them.
The guys are amazing in the shop & very friendly & very knowledgeable. It's a must place to visit if you are a pet lover. Blw are images of hamster & a snake.
