★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been very helpful with both our dogs. The boarding facility offers camera access to check up on your dogs while they are there. Staff took really good care of them. Also, they have one of the best groomer - xiao qian. She does an amazing job with our poodle and offers suggestions for new styles from time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for Kong products, I highly recommend getting them here. They're much cheaper than other pet supply stores as well as online stores. They also carry a wide range of their products here aside from the usual Kong and Wobbler.
I paid RM50 online for a medium Kong Extreme while it was only RM38.90 at Furry Tales so I ended up buying one as a spare. Also compared prices of the Puppy Kong and found that it cost less than RM30 at Furry Tales while I paid RM43 for it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service! Poor communication between its own staff and the groomer which made my dog's grooming turned out horrible! This is totally absurd as they call themselves professional certified groomer! Not acceptable. Everyone says my dog looks bad because of this incident....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very welcoming when they're short of bookings. They tend to be a tad snobby when they're fully booked. They sort of blamed me for not making an appointment way ahead of time. I dunno such thing really? Do I have to make an appointment like a week before hand? Maybe it's time to look for other herbal bath groomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment for my cat's grooming today was 1pm. I left him there sharp 1pm. At 3.10pm I get a WhatsApp message to tell me how much the cost will be. When I asked is the grooming finished, they answered 'haven't. By 4pm with no word yet from the store I decided to drive there to see what was happening. So this is 3 hours after the appointment was supposed to start. The cat's in his crate. Only thing done was the bathing and trimming of fur on his paws and cutting of nails. The additional work I wanted done to trim the fur off his belly and back legs was not done. And they had the cheek to tell me to wait a bit longer for that to happen. Wait some more??? You guys are mad!!! Never again!!! I wish your other customers better luck.
