โ โ โ โ โ I sent my dog for grooming at Summer Pet SS2 on Wednesday 15 March for the first time. I noticed my dog was quiet & seemed traumatised, not his usual lively self after his grooming. Upon checking, my dog had red marks on his tummy and scrotum area. His scrotum area even got infected the next day that I had to send him to a Vet on Friday morning. Never will I send him for grooming there ever again. I love my dog very much & feel very upset that he had been treated badly there.

โ โ โ โ โ found a new place to groom my miniature schnauzer, the service is superb. she look so cute after grooming. their sell Royal Canin brand miniature schnauzer range too (so hard for me to get this range)..sooooo happy.

โ โ โ โ โ Surprise that this pet shop still around. Years back I went there to buy a shampoo for my cat for skin complication. The guy at the desk, probably the owner was chatting with his friend when I approached the desk. He didn't even bother to entertain me, continued chatting as though that I was invisible till his friend asked if I need anything. As I explained my need, then only that guy loudly said that they have the shampoo. He stood up trying to get it from a cabinet before he decided to not to do so. Instead he shouted that, "I need to go for a bowl of noodle", he walked away while instructing one girl at the other end to get me the shampoo. So much so of customer services. Given so many other choices, I never return to this outlet. To my surprise, it is still operational. Having said that, the girl was helpful though.

The store is well stocked and the staff is very helpful. He is a very funny, knowledgeable, helpful middle aged man and knows his stocks. he recommended me a shampoo for my dog because he had redness in his skin and the shampoo helped my dog a lot. his skin is now back to normal :)

โ โ โ โ โ I went this morning with my husband to buy some bites for our 3 month old Rottweiler puppy. The shop is well stocked and a lot to choose from. Met Ling and she was very helpful in terms of the type of food that should be fed to our puppy. She explained thoroughly and made complete sense on what she said. We were very happy and will definitely go back although we are coming from Shah Alam, it is definitely worth my trip!

โ โ โ โ โ The shop has a variety of pet accessories but top selling items which take up most of the high-traffic space (aisle leading to the cashier) are dog treats & toys - ranging from chewable cow skin bone-shaped toy to wooden bone-shaped toy . Staff not so friendly to recommend, so this place might be better suited for someone who already knows what their pets want . It doesn't feel personal, transactional only.
