★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Perlis for a wedding and it seems other hotels were fully booked.
This motel is clean and quiet. Locates beside a paddy field which is calming and refrwshing for us from the concrete jungle. The motel occupy three shop lots and jave three floors.They have a lift and a common area on the ground floor woth tables and chair for you to dine or do some work.
Our room was clean.No weird bad smell. Furniture in good condition with some minor wear and tear. Toilet is clean and well ventilated with no weird smell.But its a wet type toilet which Malays are accustomed to but its very clean, not even weird grime of the walls and tiles despite the wet type toilet. They provide a kettle and some coffe but no small fridge. There is a flat screen tv on the wall with local channels but you can use jdmi cable and hook up to your computer and watch netflix if you want to.There is wifi but the signal if not strong . No issue for us since we have mobile prepaid plans with unlinited data.
We only wanted a place to stay and this motel axceeded our expectations.The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was better tha other full fledged hotels we stayed at.
Reception was ok with staff polite and smiling.Tb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price. Price can be vary depending on certain days (i.e. weekend and holiday season). Have self service coffee machine and also water filter (like cuckoo). Room also clean and spacious, aircond function properly. Got a nice view of rice field (sawah padi). Got local convinience store located across the hotel (opened until 10pm if not mistaken). Got also small convinience store and arabic food restaurant inside the hotel. Hotel nearby clinic.
But the location of the hotel is a little bit far from the main city Kangar. Need to have own transportation or need to wait for the local bus (I'm not sure whether it stop in front of the hotel). The restaurant and lobby are little bit crowded with uneccessary decoration and little bit small. If not mistaken no breakfast buffet. And last thing is maybe the hotel lack of staff or there just so many customers at that time (coming for holiday and also university registration) so the staff a little bit busy and unprepared.
But still a good budget hotel for few nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reasonable price, clean and spacious for two of us including 1 hand luggage and 2 travelling bagpack, water supply a bit slow in the morning, coway water provided at the hallway, kettle &2 mineral bottle also provided in the room, nice location, will definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent for short stay. Very clean room. Affordable price. Room is quite spacious even for standard room. Have a small cafe for breakfast, mini convenience store and self service coffee machine. Location is perfect. Recommended.
