parking进到去没位子，想出去再进回去，结果出的时候机器坏了，那人叫我不需要scan卡！可是再进一次的时候，按了Help问 customer service 的人，那人叫我给出的时候，给那个人做记录下来。结果再出一次，站在出口的那个员工说“机器坏了，不需要scan，不用记录，每个都是这样出”
halo！所以我的visa卡没有scan过出，你们就一直在扣我的钱了吗！！！！！！很无语！找不到管理人可以解决这个问题！
