Bila datang tngok customer masuk buat tak tahu ja, padahal tak ada customer pun. tahu la sedang makan, boleh kan cakap sekejap ka . Aku pulak kena cari staff yang berkerja . Bila aku nak bayar boleh selamber badak dia buat tak tau . last2 aku letak ja duit kat cashier kejadian 03.03.2019 / masa lebih kurang 2/3 ptg . Aku harap bos ambik seruis kes ni .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard servis paling teruk pernah aku jumpa. Staf semua tak nak tolong. Aku tanya friendly pun susah nak buka mulut. Angguk pun rasa kepala berat. Masuk masuk, semua staf pandang I macam haiwan dalam zoo, tak pernah tengok customer tak tanya apa, tengok saja. Teruk gila lah. Macam ini, customer rasa marah jelah, tak nak layan pun, aku sedia nak beli barang, belanja duit, depa buat layanan teruk. Last last I masuk kedai hp dlm Bukit Jambul, servis tip top. Rugilah macam ni, tak hairan kalau customer tak banyak. Hilang je bisnes kalau tak tahu nak layan customer.
The worst service standard I have ever encountered. The staff doesn't want to help. I asked friendly but it was hard to open my mouth. The nod also felt heavy. Going in, all the staff looked like animals in a zoo, never looked at customers, didn't ask anything, just looked. It's so crazy. Like this, customers feel angry, they don't even want to serve, I'm ready to buy goods, spend money, go for bad service. Last time I entered a mobile phone shop in Bukit Jambul, tip top service. Loss like this, no wonder if there are not many customers. Lose your business if you don't know how to serve customers.
