★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid so much and waited a week without any response, The main purpose is to get a charger but it's has an issue to charge when the laptop is running. The lacking of knowledge and ability to response, must as while I fix it by myself.

Went to the One Stop outlet and the staffs there are very knowledgable, friendly, patient and helpful especially Mr Low!
Managed to build a complete desktop set in terms of speakers, monitor, keyboard, mouse, CPU and even Mousepad also they are willing to guide and understand what I want. In addition, they also remind and guided how to setup my desktop & kindly reminding things that need to be aware of.
I have very poor knowledge in computing and IT yet they are willing to guide patiently eventhou I was at their shop for 4 hours without buying anything yet.
Really good service here! Will only come back here for any IT concerns. 5 stars service here?

Hoping to see the same great service when I visit the store.After visited the store, one item I am looking for is sold out but the salesperson was great in recommending alternatives. I came out the store with what I was looking for and had a smooth service.Previously experience buying computer peripherals and accessories here was also great.
