Hoping to see the same great service when I visit the store.After visited the store, one item I am looking for is sold out but the salesperson was great in recommending alternatives. I came out the store with what I was looking for and had a smooth service.Previously experience buying computer peripherals and accessories here was also great.

β β β β β this company is famous in penang, but this outlet staff product knowledge is poor and their attitude is bad. ask them about the modem, they ask me to search online or ask me to buy it and try. then what is the purpose i visit your shop and ask for recommendation? really feel sad for this company for having this kind of staff. if i do research online, i definitely will buy online. because is cheaper than buying from shop. i donβt mind to let you earn, because open a shop is all about costing, as long as reasonable price, but this round i really feel disappointed. without the product knowledge, how can consumer buy that product from you?
for retailers, donβt always complain that consumer donβt buy from you and buy it online, but you guys really fail as a retailer. all the best and good luck.

β β β β β I will admit, i am hesitant in going to this store at first with the bad reviews recently, however, i decided to visit them anyway. Long story short, i gave them pc parts to assembly, and they did a fantastic job, i was there for 2+ hours watching them assembling the parts, they also never fail to answer all my questions, very satisfied with customer service. Not sure why are the previous reviews negative but, its definitely a very positive experience for me.
