β β β β β Long wait(at least for 2 hours even with appointment).If first time registration just walk in and no need appointment. Doctor Lim is very knowledgeable and experienced.

β β β β β First time being here myself but had a TON of family friends recommending this place. Obviously lived up to its hype!
First of all, place is super crowded so I do recommend coming early in person to get an appointment first. They do have a WhatsApp number, so you can try that too.
Wait time is 1-2 hours, but you can always grab a quick bite nearby while waiting.
Consulted directly with Dato Dr Lim Huat Bee, and one glance he knew right away whatβs up with my skin. Experience does tell. He is also a great listener and is willing to answer a lot of the questions I had.
Also had a pleasant peeling session with Amanda. She is super friendly and we exchanged a good conversation. Had a bit stinging on my face, but beauty is pain right? Overall a really good patient experience.
Also theyβre moving to a brand new building in a few months and its pretty fancy ? definitely recommend dropping by if you are visiting Penang and really need to up your skincare game

β β β β β The infrastructure provided is very poor, first of all no parking for the customers, secondly they don't operate by appointment.Need to walk in and wait for long hours. I have hyperpigmentation issue and the young doc unable to determine the cause of the problem and suggested the laser treatment. The laser treatment room is congested,the staff asked me to wash my face by giving me the cleanser, i totally did not aspect this for the amount that i paid RM1030 and u need to wash face by your self?the bed opss it's not really a bed..not enough leg room, by the am not tall i can't imagine of some taller on that bed/chair. In the same treatment room, there is another doc(the old Dr Lim ) consulting other patients..when u sit having your laser treatment. U could hear other people's problem. Usually after laser they will apply face mask as laser cause your skin to be dry but here they just apply sunblock. The clinic which i go in KL-clinic Pesona..the doc explain the problem of my skin and guaranteed that it will be solved and it was solved after 4session...even after first session the improvement is noticable..but DR LIM laser treatment make do improvement

β β β β β Bad customer service, unfriendly n black face staff. Only wants to pass-by to buy creams, to pay by card need to go into the room at the back already troublesome, staff still showing that face and turn around without telling me need to go back counter to get the products. Waitβ¦ wait and waitβ¦
Feel annoying every time go to this clinic to see their faces.
The only good part is both Dr Lim are still gentle and kind.

β β β β β I've been receiving laser treatment for pigmentation started from July 2020. With the continued treatments, my face is getting a lot clearer and brighter now. I'm very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended.

β β β β β I usually don't do reviews but I Dr Lim products are too good to not leave a review. I have problem with pigmentations and acne on my skin. Started getting treatment from Dr Lim In December. Got only one laser treatment, and after that it was just medication, both oral and cream. My skin has never been this clear and glowing. The medicine are of course a bit pricey but trust me it does wonders. Dont skip your appointments. Would 100% recommend

Dr. Lim has provided the reasons behind armpit odour and blackening of armpit skin alongside the effects of the treatment. He is helpful at answering all my doubts.
As a university student, the laser treatment has good-valued pricing compared to other places (RM400/treatment for both sides). I like the fact that I am not bonded to any packages and the number of treatments is solely based on personal condition.

1. Dr Lim ??ββοΈ is incredibly charming & eloquent.
2. The clinic is super duper fast-paced ?
3. Dr. Lim uses a magnifying glass?to assess my face.
4. He prescribes topical skin?treatment for my condition (acne prone sensitive skin).
5. My follow-up shall be on 18th Oct 2021.
6. Anticipate next treatment to tackle my hideous acne scars and clogged large pores.
