โ โ โ โ โ Two of the salesladies are really rude and ill-mannered. The tall Chinese and short Malay.. They spoke bad of us foreign customers in Malay thinking that we couldnโt understand them. Unfortunately for them though. NOT RECOMMENDED.

โ โ โ โ โ Staffs are very rude and unresponsive. I've been waiting at the cashier to pay for almost 10 minutes, and the Malay girl just gave me a side glance and continued chatting with her friend giggling! Better go to the Permaisuri Branch...

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely rude and ill mannered on most of their staff, especially the young Chinese boy. The staff are just not suitable to be in the retail line with their attitude! Things are cheap, but there are many other gadget shops in Sri Petaling with good customers service! Will not buy from them again!

โ โ โ โ โ Was there early ar 9something am. Only 1/3 roller shutter was lifted. One chinese gal was at counter. 1st asking "hi, not open yet? ", unfriendly glance at me n shake her head. 2nd asking "selling mobile screen protector?" another inpatient glance n noted her head. 3rd asking "HwAwei nove model? If yes i w drop by later". Guess what i couldn't hear a word from her perhaps noting her head w again d very impatient face again as i wont bother to drop by anyway. Must b a lot of ppl owed her money or worrying i w spread unknown virus to her by standing 3 m away w a face mask (if yes, dun ever bother to open shop). Now everyone is struggling out there during this pandemics petiod whilst plenty of online n much more welcoming gadget shop around. Enuf negativity around us, dun need extra from ur side.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad, due to my phone is new model, they unable get me temper glass, so they porpose me to choose the rockspace something like plastic base to cover the screen. As usual they remove my original screen protector and installed. I realized the screen is not fully cover, then they say is normal. After a few hours, I found the edge was having crooked, then I return to the shop ask for help, then they told is my original casing too tight which causing this. I ask them how, they said the warranty only for 24 hours, if I want refund they will remove the screen immediately, but due to I don't have any other screen protector to use, hence I force to accept it to use as temporary. For me, initially should not propose me if your end don't have the suitable screen size for my phone. The other gadget shop is more honest, they checked and told me they don't have this model screen size yet, they told me better wait for a while first. Due to this, I don't think will back to this shop again.
