★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum just wanted to share, the other day I went to change the dress size ( 3 baju raya) but even 1 pun xde size. They made us wait along time okla I understand. But I saw the bag that I handed over to the staff she kept it at the counter side like x layan sangat. Waited around 1 hour. Was being quiet patient. Then when I ask her she said 'Oh! it's with other staff'(my sister) but I gave her hand. It left me with bad impression, I feel x kene layan cause my younger sister works at ariani. And the staff knows this so I feel like they think kita x mampu kot nak beli baju at ariani! Then x siap pun shopping just tukar to other baju and ariani lost their customer because of the staff.
I hope others don't face this problem?
