★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant staff but you'd want to triple check that they understand your requests.
Called to ask them to prep a bouquet for urgent pick up in 15mins for X budget. Was informed that there are some ready made to choose from, at that price. Turns out there was exactly One. And bundled tightly and small.
Informed them that would like a much bigger wrap, any colour, increased budget - which they said they can do in 10mins, so pointed to big flowers and long stalks and said big leaves.
10mins later saw them wrapping an even smaller bundle. They had cut the stalks very short and wrapped them tightly together.
