★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to repair any apple devices! Service was very attentive, and Ian did the battery replacement together with complete cleaning for my Mac! After that he also volunteered to show me the battery capacity before and after the replacement and also explained to me as well! Next time I know where to go if my Mac has any problem ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here to find a MacBook pro battery replacement. I was attended to my Ian who quickly replaced my battery then and there. The whole process took less than an hour. Gave good tips on how to better manage the MacBook battery. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, all around good service. Would definitely come again.
Inquiries via WhatsApp and also the website messaging system was quick.
The battery replacement I originally got had an issue so had to come back again to replace the first battery replacement. Ian was quick to fix the problem. A MacBook pro 2017 13 inch battery replacement cost Rm700 and comes with a 6 month warranty. Also sent an old ipad for a home button + glass replacement which cost rm200. This unfortunately does not come with any warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can sum up my experience in one word, it would be "IMPRESSIVE"! Seriously, if you have been scouring the internet for a Mac repair service like I was, please look no further! You have my word that KissMyMac would get the job done & more!
We had a Mac that went into a boot loop due to insufficient storage, Ian attended and arranged a pickup time with me, worked on it for a couple of hours, got everything restored and even helped to brave the jam to deliver it to a separate location as we needed it for work.
I don't even understand how he could complete the job so efficiently! The guy's a legend n a lifesaver! The laptop came back working perfectly, almost like new and definitely in better shape than when it left our hands. Brilliant service & HANDS DOWN highly recommended.
The price was reasonably quoted too, even more so when you consider the service rendered and the speed at which is done. 5 stars is an understatement, good job KissMyMac!

My MacBook air needs another hardware which he said it's not worth it as mine very old maybe from 2011, but he got my files safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give 10 stars i would but google only let me do 5 max. First off ian was really friendly gives out a really positive energy to his customers. Story goes like this i went to the apple store for a broken screen and they quote me rm2500 (estimate price) then i called several stores and most of them quoted me almost the same price so i called up this store (kissmymac) and they said it would cost RM1600 so i was quite surprised as why it was so cheap and Ian reassured me that they do the same as Epal standard but at a cheaper price. And do note that it will void your apple warranty for SCREEN ONLY but their warranty is trash also so there is no point keeping it. So i went there and the shop is not that hard to locate its just right behind the escalator and it was a really quick trade i just give him my laptop as he knows what to do with it. 2 days later there was no update and i was scared that the laptop just ran away so i contacted Ian and he told that maybe his co worker forgot to update on the system and could be collected tomorrow (i texted him at night). Went over to pick it up smooth transaction and easy going guy. Also he helped recover a macbook that has been resetted accidentally so he is the epal guru. New customers shud trust him and epal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After all the glowing reviews about this place, I decided to give it a try as I needed to replace my MacBook Pro's aging battery. I got in touch with Ian on the phone number listed here and was already put at ease with his friendly demeanour. He explained the procedure and also the time frame it would take to get the job done.
If you're searching for parking, there's lots available at Faber Tower or its surrounding area, though it's a little pricier than the street parking. I got lucky and managed to find a place on the street and parked only for RM1 per hour (DBKL).
The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the atrium area, just make a U-turn when you get off the escalator and you'll see the shop. Inside you'll be welcomed by a row of iMacs on the left and a work table with lots of MacBooks on the right.
The entire process took less than 15 minutes from start to finish, and as I had the notebook opened up, I did request for a quick vacuum to remove the built up dust through the years. That was done happily by Sean, who also did the battery replacement.
I was out of the shop within ½ hour, with a revived MacBook Pro. They accept e-wallet payment through the unified QR code. Truly good value for money and yes, I am joining the rest of the reviewers here in giving them 5 stars!
