★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place seriously v much but it still.needs transportation if you are travellers and want to go to LRT is bit far. the mall is nearby and some shops. So depends on your intention of living here too. This place is very cozy. I do not like the way security control the swimming pool in night. Hope the night time can be delay as some are busy in day. Grab sometimes is needed in order for us reaching the LRT. its not proper if you are searching this place by walking from the traffic. overall it is good place okay

Am staying in 2bed unit and fully furnished which i got a good bargain from client.
Strategically located which is just walking distance to Melawati Mall & Melawati Business Centre (many major banks are here i.e CIMB, Maybank, BSN, Bank Islam etc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place. Quiet and clean. Low density environment with adequate security. Convenient and accessible with plenty of parking space. Not noisy albeit being near to main access road like MRR2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not been to this place yet but I am going this August for a night stay. Browsing through the pictures of this residence on the airbnb apps it really looks awesome. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have an enjoyable stay there even though it is just for one nite?
