★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and reasonable price. Place is big, clean and well maintained. Suspect the pricing a bit lower compare to TTDI. Wet and dry place splits into 2 blocks. Can pay using any major e-wallet app. The temperature machine comes with sanitiser at one go, good device. A bit hard to find parking on weekends. Staffs are friendly upon asking.

1.The security guard are very rude. They shouted at us.According to your staff, the management are so worried about the robbery, as such doesnt mean that you have to hired a rude and agresif security guard. As we a very bad people when walkin to your supermarket. Very bad management. This is a supermarket ya not a police station/penjara.
2. As per your security guard and your cashier, you not allowed the consumers to bring in our own shopping / recycle plastic beg. What kind of procedures you are trying to do. We will raise this issues to KPDNHEP.
3. Too bad we will not come back to this place. Very bad experiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their wet market doesn't have much option on protein. Vegetables are okay. Their dry market has a lot to offer. Both store is quite crowded because of the small store size. Would recommend coming here if your looking for small groceries shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for Indonesian brand goods, but recently even the normal tehbotol and mizone also cannot be found on the aisle. I like it here, because the price is affordable, and the products in their wet market is fresh. But parking is always an issue. You cannot simply park by the road, the MPAJ officers are like eagles here. Designated parking spot behind the market is always full with residence. Due to the parking issue, I come only when Im around in Melawati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We find Hero Melawati to be at the top of the best medium sized supermarket in Ulu Klang. For its medium size, it seems to be able to meet the demands of its consumers, offering fresh produce with high quality standards. Its fish, chicken and vegetable are always fresh. The vegetables always green and will never ever offer wilted ones. The fish are also fresh and full. No bloody eyed looking ones. And the chicken and beef are always looking good, never a stale, blue colored ones that you see on other stores. I will always come here for my cooking needs. No long queues. The cashier is always fast and efficient. No chit chats while doing their work.
