★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nope, there is no GDEx here as marked. The real place is in Tmn Paik Siong, Hulu Bernam in Selangor, after Sg. Bernam (marked 'GDEx Tanjung Malim'). This mark should be deleted, it gave wrong direction. I took around 1 hour driving back and forth before deciding to look further. Been called the number given so many times, but no answer.

Ordered something through goshop app On 23/01/2020 and my parcel have arrived in their office on 28/01/2020 but delivered it on 4/02/2020 ??♀.I wonder what you guys do with my parcel for 5 days although this gdex office is very near to my house. Moreover they are very rude. If you people cant deliver on time why not just close down ur courier service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gdex is good but this branch outlet is terrible.They once cancelled a delivery to my address and just updated tracking ODA(Outskirt Delivery Area) and didnt even bother to call me.Your supposed to wait on customers and not customers have to wait on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services sucks...!! Everytime parcel arrived, the shop send sms to customer to collect at the shop in Tmn Pak Siong. Otherwise you oni rcv it 1 week later according to the shop local delivery schedule (maybe not enough staff, maybe want to save their fuel for not deliver to customer doorstep).
At their shop oso congested with too many stuff (parcels) ..... supposed they need to upgrade service - add staff, frequent local delivery schedule, proper storage area etc.
