★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called twice a few hours ago because the status said delivered but when i went to get it at usual place, there was no package that matched the description. I give 4 stars because they sent it earlier than the usual time after the problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im waiting for three days, my parcel still din't arrive, every day im wait from 10a.m. untill 3p.m. The van still doesn't seem to be involved. im want to pick up the parcel at hq but the parcel in still delivery. Very dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five star from me. Their service is much better than poslaju. Cheaper and they confirm next day delivery. Their staff are also very very friendly and helpful. Hopefully they will keep their service quality as it is. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is great! Coupled with the online order registration through messenger (jnt's facebook page), had made transaction over the counter many times smoother and faster.
I've taken some parcels here to be sent over to Sarawak and never have I taken more than 2 minutes to have my parcels processed. Kudos to the efficiency practiced here.
While jnt's service is great overall, the convenience experienced while having my parcels sorted here is worth mentioning. Definitely would recommend it here.
