I gave them a call the other day, took them only a few ring to pick up the phone.
Best of all, very classy. The customer service executive speaks to you in English which is quite rare in Malaysia. Good job.
Easy to claim, when I went there there's literally no line. I was immediately attended to.
Ample parking. Convenient.
