β β β β β I send my parcel during pkp to KL...which is before raya probably 1 week before raya...it arrived to the recipient house i think 2@3 before raya... which is quite fast since they already inform me that it might be delayed since they are overflow with parcel...so i have no issue with ninjavan...so far all my pacel from shopee I recieved just in time thru ninjavan...?????? so i gave u guys 4β...keep up the good service

β β β β β Hi giod morning..please call me regarding my parcel..i call to the alor setar ninjavan ..the fon are always busy .i didnot get my parcel yet..yesterday i received a call from the person who want to sent my parcel but we are not around.So he call me i told him ..im at work ..can you come and sent my parcel the next day.He is very rudely answer i cannot come the time that you order.ill be on leave tommorow..i can sent you after two days,then he said if you want i can keep outside of your house since nobody at home..The way he talked is very rude.Then i reply him.who going to pay if the parcel got stolen or missing.i asked for his name to complain he dont mention than said u dont go and complain about me.he is so irresponsible,very rude,no good attitude,if u keep this kind of person as your staff.im really very sure that you will lost in your business.Hope ill get my parcel as soon as possible.thank you. worst service ever..very rude..i will not use your service anymore..

β β β β β Yesterday 3-8-19.received message from Ninja Van. Stated that items are out for delivery.
Waited for whole day, items still not coming.
Go to Ninja van website to report.
First phone invalid.
Second sent email but no reply until now.
Third tracking stated that out for delivery but no any items received
Four search for Alor Star Ninja Van.
Phone cannot call. Both phone cannot call.
Most unresponsible courier company ever meet.
If cannot deliver in time, at least send message inform your customer.

β β β β β The worst courier ever. To all sellers,please never use their services again. It takes too long to deliver parcel. Sometimes,they overdue the estimated delivery. And they have the audacity to ask me to go and pick the parcel myself? I wish i can give this place and courier zero star. Worst services ever. And i also read others reviews and the way this branch response to those reviews are very annoying. Is it possible if i take this matter to HQ? :)

shopee not giving us a choice for selecting courier causing lots of issue
will edit rating once they settle this
The branch probably not operating at the moment due to some matter

β β β β β In shopee inform items already arrive at hub nearly a week, I try to make a call to inform that I willing to pick it up by myself but no answer at all, I made a mistake for the address but at least I need to speak to someone so that the message can be delivered.
After send an email to HQ suddenly the driver call to make a delivery after almost a week.
The worst courier service ever and last choice if I had to make a delivery using this ninjavan. I don't know why shopee doesn't let the seller or buyer choose their own courier instead of giving it to worst ever courier service
