โ โ โ โ โ The company is under-staff and not properly managed. The staff works very hard but clearly insufficient manpower. The business owner must be making tonnes of money because of Lazada, but a lot of complaints not tended to. Eventually I think it's business will be eroded without proper management. My item pick up on 8/1/2018, I have to queue and self collect it, standing for more than one hour on 15/1/2018. It's the worst existing business. Inconsiderate business owner. Lousy towkey.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff were not helpful when the clock shows after 5:30 evethough the working hours as said to until 6 pm. If you are collecting parcels, please bring along the tracking number, your parcel is considered lost if there is no tracking number

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service. Claimed close at 6 pm but nobody picked up the phone even 20 minutes before 6 pm. When I used the tracking number to track my order, it was stated not delivered because area is not in service but nobody care to contact me.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst service ever with no one in counter while people get crowded infront. Workers working slow, chit chat and laughing all around at the store behind. Please kindly improve it! Do refer other courier service, others do really good service. And please pick up the phone, the phone is keeping ringing and never picked up. I hope that is the boss calling or other urgent calls.

โ โ โ โ โ open 8.30am doesnโt mean 8.30 staffs arrived to punch card! On that time, you all baru nak clean up all the office while you see all people standing outside. Please improve and work faster! Hope their manager see my comment and take the action. TQ

I send a complaint last night and they called me at 9am to confirm for delivery. 11am they call my mom to inform they are going to deliver the parcel shortly. Waited for ages but doesnt show up. Wasting time waiting, wasting energy, and wasting money using their service. I'm sorry, please improve your service for future convenience.
