★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude dispatch man, just call by phone and if you are not at parcel address, than give a sorry card, and said cannot deliver. Never call in advance, seem thinking that you are always at home waiting for his delivery. Office girl equally not useful. equally rude.

When tracking parcel show undelivery nobody at home and with sorry card but actually I stay at home whole day nobody come and no sorry inside my post box. This kind of staff should be fire, lied company and customer. This branch didn't respect customer. Actual no more start for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im in the house, but the courrier not even call me before he leave… how stupid is it? even my phone number is on the door and i have make a notice that "Call me when u arrive"!
i get a notice and i call back to the gdex, no one answer the phone! how can it be so irresponsible?!
Really don't like this courrier, this time, I go to the office for collect my parcel, after 1 hour waiting they said it has been second deliveried! When I reached home, the second Mis-delivery card is stick on my door!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I bought a thing from online of 50 RM + 5 RM for delivery .. but when they received it , they have called me and asked to came to their office and took it because they didn't have a car for delivery !!! .. so I have taken a Grab of 25 RM and more than 30 min go and back because they are far from me .. it was a bad experience ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's true as to what others reviewed. I'm here sitting at the counter waiting for my turn to collect my parcel and I can hear the phone ringing away. It's as if the ringing is part of the office music. What are you guys at GDex thinking? Is this company really paying their staff to continue to earn the bad reviews? Just a few of us and need to wait that long?
