★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just another way for money extortion, students have no choice, your parcel gets delivered directly to OPC even if you are around to receive it. Now you have to pay OPC for "receiving it on your behalf".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. OPC never fail to disappoint me. Break is over at 2pm and yet it is 3:20pm as of this writing, and still the workers are on break. I can forgive if this is the first time but this is far from the first time, hence the reason of this writing. If you want to have a break until 4pm, put 4pm, not 2pm. It's not hard. Be professional. The OPC wants the students' money, the least you could do is act professional.
