★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel should be delivered to the local post office if the parcel cant be delivered because of ODA o make it easier shouldn't it?
I mean that would make time management be easier too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My item arrived at GDex Kota Tinggi on Wednesday and based on tracking it says that the item is undelivered due to ODA. Then I check the Service Area Reference (SAR) stating that for Bandar Penawar, items will be delivered on Tuesday and Thursday only. Ok then, fine by me. I'll wait for tomorrow (Thursday). But still the item didn't arrived. And the call weren't answered when I called. What kind of service is that? You already have your SAR, so you should follow it. I'd give 0 star if its possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever courier in kota tinggi. They will deliver your parcel once a week (every saturday) even your parcel arrive early at their place. This gdex also close at lunch hour between 12pm - 2pm every day make hard to pick your parcel. Not suggested and please improved your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was not delivered on time just because "they are not going that area that day". However, after I called Gdex general customer service and was explained by Loga thoroughly, I understand the situation.
I called this branch again to asked about the estimate delivery time of my parcel. She passed it to another colleague to handle my call directly when heard about my parcel; without saying anything.
She could have handled the situation better. Disappointed

OTHER GDEX SERVICES ACROSS MALAYSIA MY PARCEL COME ON TIME ONLY 1-3 DAYS.
MY PARCEL STUCK AT KOTA TINGGI MORE THAN A WEEK. CALLING OFFICE NO ONE PICK UP. TEXTING. NO ONE REPLY.
JUST CLOSED YOUR KEDAI !!!!
