★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Parcel services in Malaysia especially GDex Langkawi. All Langkawi people hate GDex so much (more than hate on their very suck services). Please stop your services immediately. Terribleeeee services. I should rate you negative (-) 5 suck stars.
Everybody, do not use GDex if you want to be happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t even give this company a star, they’ve had me waiting for my equipment for 3 weeks. They have never once called me or emailed me back. I eventually received 6 or my 7 parcels after 3 weeks but the other parcel they said “sorry but please be patient we should find it for you eventually” I said I have to leave Malaysia now so keep it.
What an amazingly rubbish company, I am so disappointed with them, it has put years on me all the stress. Just stick with DHL rather than saving a bit of money and have this happen. It has cost me more than a RM5,000.00 in hotels alone waiting here.
Never again !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless. Don't answer phone. Did not update tracking system to say my parcel arrived in langkawi. They did not phone or WhatsApp for me to arrange pick up then sent it back to sender. Now my parcel is lost. They still have not answered the phone in five days now. Useless idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only gave 1 star because it is required to leave a review, they dont deserve any star at all. My suggestion is leave this service at any cost. Use another service. They have very bad service, very bad customer service. My first experience with this curier went really bad. I go to the office at 9AM to get my stuff after more than a week didn't recieve, and I was asked to wait untill noon because my stuff is already in the truck and the driver already left the office. I waited at nearby cafe and came back at 12PM just to be told that the driver is not yet here and asked to come back later. I told them I would wait until I recieve my stuff. They started to look around in the office and finally found my stuff in another truck that was infront of the office since the morning! Second time I use their service also very bad, I had to wait again for more than a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even deserve a star. I checked my parcel tracking number it's say out for delivery. I'm waiting for 2 days but I received nothing. I called but no one pick up. The next day, I called again and yes, a lady picked up my call. But not friendly at all. She confidently tell me that my parcel has been delivered successfully. But I received nothing. Only received my parcel after 3 days. I don't mind to receive my parcel a lil bit late. But what make me wanna write a review is about Ur staff. Once u working in customer service. Try to be polite. Ur voice tone, answer with manner. If u don't have passion working in this line. So better don't. U ruin Ur company image.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousiest Service ever on this planet,GDEX 's staffs are incompetent and unprofessional in term of their delivery service.It seems that they don't bother to answer the phone no matter how many times you ring up and in the end I had to go to their office personally to collect Parcels that were sent 10days ago from KL and Penang ?????
