★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst shipping company in the entire world. I have never seen anything like it. I sent some quality kitchen knives from Langkawi to Kl to be professionally sharpened. After a week, the tracking showed the package still in Langkawi. I had been calling for a couple days and also emailed. They never answered the phone and didn't respond to the email. They finally answered the phone today and told me I needed to pay RM300 in tax. I explained again, like I did when I sent them, that they were used knives, being sent to be sharpened. They hung up the phone on me and now will not answer the phone again. DO NOT USE J&T EXPRESS FOR SHIPPING! Your package will never get there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier service is a bad joke! Last month they did not deliver three parcels of mine but demanded we come to the office to collect. They refused to deliver door to door. Shopee refunded. Now again Shopee chose to use them as courier service and they are sitting on two parcels of mine since 6 days. The parcels have arrived in the office but they do not deliver, they do not phone, they do nothing...Shopee will refund again. But this is a bad joke...when will they close down operations? If you want your goods, do not use this courier service! The picture shows the queue of people having to collect their parcel because they do not deliver door to door.
