but it shows out for delivery in the morning
and even after waited until end of the day
it didn't show up and somehow even I didn't click on the reschedule button and just the link itself
the system register as reschedule

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed, failed delivery 3x and the driver even lies by saying unsuccessful delivery and lies about dropping a note when no attempt was even bothered. In the end had to self pickup, why pay for postage if I'm picking it up myself ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They usually don't pick up when people call. Not efficient, the delivery guy also only call 1 time, if u miss, that's it. If u are on quarantine mode, its gonna be troublesome, they don't call you again and they will just send back to sender after 7 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel at PUC Station Puchong about a week, keep calling GDex Puchong but no answer. Called Gdex CS, to asked GDex's contact number and pickup place. They request for my mobile number, but no feedback or call from them. keep calling them to request same inquires, but still the same answer given "will update you again". They worked so slow, i just want the parcel to send ASAP or if they can't do so i want to pickup the item. But yet, still doesn't help. They don't know how to solve a problem, it's hard to find solution from their side. I assume my item missing/misplace/broken since 1 week at PUC Station Puchong. If the item missing/misplace/broken, i want GDEX to responsible for the total lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to deliver an international parcel. Wouldnt comment on their delivery service, just on the way they handle my delivery request. It's like gdex's warehouse like that, if viewed from outside. But there is an office inside, handling delivery request. The staffs were friendly, the service was quick. Many options of payment available. Overall good service.
