Best customer service ever and i would recommend this kurier/pos bcs its fast! Although, it took 2/3days for the parcel to arrive at the receiver’s destination, but all of my customers.. do satisfied with the excellent service! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there during weekdays after 530pm, staff - Dheebak Nair is very helpful and humble even though by the time I went there is already way past his working hours, he still being patience and help me to register my parcel. Thumbs up for the good service! Will definitely come and drop my parcel here again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery is very slow. It took about a week time to reach altho it is known as “express”. The delivery guy assigned by this company is not professional as well.
Yes, I do receive a call when he reached my place. But he just put my parcel at the lobby table without even inform me that he will be putting there. What if my parcel being taken by someone else? Who will be taking the responsibility if this is happening?
I understand nowadays a lot of people requesting their parcel to be put at lobby table cause some of them might not be at home. If this is being requested by the recipient, then it’s fine as the the recipients will hold the responsibility by themselves.
