โ โ โ โ โ I am very disappointed to this branch, very poor. I do not know whatโs the problem. The parcel wrong sent this station, i had call in to ask about it, they say will sent out to other branch to make delivery, but the next day still sent back to this branch, after that is few day holiday, how can i do? may i know what is the problem? Really speechless.

โ โ โ โ โ very poor service. My parcel was at segambut for 4 days without any update. Reason overload which all other operator also overload but they managed them well. Very poor customer service support

โ โ โ โ โ Very very very poor service !!! The parcel has been at this branch 3 days ago but still havent ship out ! Called them , they said will send it by today or next day. But next day also didn't send. Try to call them in next day , they declined my call 4 times. What a poor service!! Please inform us to your office pick up if u lazy to deliver !!!

โ โ โ โ โ I totally will give 5 stars. Customer service is friendly and good. They know what is going on with their parcels.
I have one parcels thatโs supposed to deliver in Kepong but somehow itโs kept inbound and outbound between this location due to their computer address generate system sharing the same postcode.
Customer service was able quickly resolve the issue that expected. Good job!
Gdex always gives me a peace of mind when using their service. Good job!

โ โ โ โ โ At 1st, they said i didnt answer their call. But no missed calls notification on my hp. I called thrice to GDEX HQ about my parcel, they took such a long time to deliver my parcel. Today i called this Segambut branch and found out they changed the reason was due to incomplete address. When i asked her to read out, it was complete so no problem with my address as they stated. They then to arrange tomorrow for my parcel delivery, makes it 5 day long for it. I think their worker are just lazy. However, their customer service staff was polite and cooperative.
