★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in this (NEW KEAN TAT AUTO.) The staff in the front counter very rude. We as a customer buying part not for free we paying for it so don't have to rude with the customer. Respect most important. I hope the HR or Head of Department must educate the front counter staff's. If want to do business much be professionally do it. If not you will Lost customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve zero star. Called up to check for pricing and stock availability. A guy named Ah Kin answered. He was very rude and unpatient while I would like to ask more details. He was shouting at me"can you speak faster I only have total of 2 staff for answering phone calls your speaking speed like this can make me die" He shouted at me on phone like that. At last i go with the other store even though their pricing is slightly cheaper than others due to the extremely bad service provide by him. I encourage whoever customer think twice before visit this store and hope the boss read my comment.
