Call center to ask why cant deliver coz lorry went out for delivery, cs hang up just like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Girl is very polite n helpful however if you go about 5pm or after that you might find hard to park and also extremely difficult to enter the office because the gdex trucks and gdex workers motos are making things quite unaccessible. Once if i am correct one worker smoked with wap inside the office he didnt mind that i had 1 yr old kid with me. I hope things are getting better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually GDex Senai must not have any star.. Very.. very.. very.. poor services.. I always buy online. If I ask them to delivered my item as soon as possible, they will suggest to go to them to take my item.. So..I paid for nothing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so far gdex senai never disappoints me when i self collect my parcel there. they arrive here on time & seldom have long delays. the longest delay usually around 2-3 days dependening on sender origin
