1. Need gate access to enter the area.
2. Need access again to enter security.
3. Security at DHL are not local & cannot speak or understand Malay.
4. Unfriendly staff at reception counter.
5. Need to fill form to search waybill. Not paperless & environmentally friendly.
Located at i-Park area and their security system not centralized. Just need a pass or rfid pass to enter. Program the card ti give access to certain area only. That simple but NO. They still need each gate to request ID card to enter. Not very friendly. Maybe easy for staff but not for outsider, contractor etc.
#DHL please be more sensitive because we are in Malaysia. Place at least one local security officer at your gate. I can speak English but I love my native language more (Bahasa Melayu).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL in Senai Airport City is the cleanest, secured, and accessible centre I have been. The building is situated where it is easy to find, plenty of space, and easy parking. The staff are professional and helpful from the guards to the receptionist. I was attended by Ms Avi Vesa and she was very attentive to my inquiry. The reception is clean and smells good. Definitely, I can easily give a 10/10 for the overall experience.
